Message	wish I have a 3 car garage like yours. I had different needs as my garage is a double but one side is a weird angle and the opening is only 1.5 doors wide. I needed the extra parking space. With the wife's Miata, My zed and also the WIP track car. I was fast running out of room. I ended up bolting the hoist down after I saw how much it rocked with the car on it. I got a warm fuzzy feeling afterward. Its pretty stable now. My garage roof height is 3.6 metres and the car height is perfect for me working on it. I am 6 foot. BUT I did have to spend another $3000 for a new garage door with tracks that brought it right up close to the roof to maximize the height
